(no subject)
I woke up at 3:30 AM with a sore throat. Maggie just got over strep and Bill had some weird throat, sinus thing just last week. I was not thrilled. I was able to get back to sleep until 6:30. Since Bill was up and getting ready for work, I asked him to turn off the kid's alarm. I switched off mine too and slept until 8:30 when the sun doesn't allow much more sleep even with an eye mask.
My throat wasn't as bad, but it is lingering and my nose is running. I am telling myself that it will pass, but my throbbing headache is laughing at me.
The only thing we accomplished today was reading. I am satisfied with that.
Off to check on supper......pot roast with potatoes, carrots and gravy.
I found a place for my Brownie troop to meet, but the pastor wants a copy of the Girl Scout Constitution. The GS council gave me a long, blank pause when I asked for it.
