journaling about bloggging o.O
I have decided to venture into a more serious form of online writing, and have created a wordpress blog. As I've started this next step of my life into pregnancy and eventually motherhood, I've made the choice with Joe to be a stay at home mom for the first couple of years, which means two things, a whole lot of down time between now and the end of January, and being restricted to a single income for awhile. The latter was of course completely anticipated, and I believe it will be something we can manage, but it would also be amazing to make a small supplemental income from home, while I write anecdotes of the little things in life. I'm not saying earning money from a blog is easily attainable. I honestly have no idea how it works, other then needing readers and ads of some sort, but I do know how to write. I just hope my style of writing and the content I come up with will be something people will actually want to read.
So I posted my introduction post. Not sure if I worded it well or if people will understand my intentions, and mentioning a random book reading might have been confusing, but there's no turning back now. Now, off to post more content. Hopefully it will be good content and will attract readers.
I need to stop worrying about readers and just write. Quality.
