and I'm bored outta my mind.
Might as well's reflect on past events then, eh?
I remember couple of years ago, I had quite an embarassing match against Alin, a guy who nobody knows and has long since quite possibly been achieving in college.
I was in grade 11 and he in 12, and during a lunch, we usually had duels in a math teacher's room. He was using his mono blue ninja deck I gave him for his birthday and I my mono black Hatred/Shadow deck. Well, (st.)Alin had the tendancy to play slow. Really slow. Unholy slow, even. Oh, whatever, here's how I remember it:
Moi: I play a swamp. Go
St(alin):...

I draw

I play out an... Island. Dum dee doo.

You can go.
Me: (Slightly angered by slowness) Swamp. Tap 2. Play Dauthi Slayer. Go.
Alin: ...

I draw

I summon an Ornithopter

I play an Island. Dum dee doo.

...
...
Now it is your turn.
Me: (extremely angered by the 3 minute turn) Okaaaaaaay... I sac a swamp to play out my Lake of the Dead. Attack with Dauthi, tap my last swamp for 1, tap my lake and sac the swamp for 4, cast Hatred on my Dauthi, pay 18 life, kill you-
Stalin: Wait
...

...
I tap for 2 blue.

And I bounce back your creature with boomerang
(Slowly puts boomerang in graveyard)
Me: Uhh... shit... I end?
Stalin: I draw. And I will attack with my Ornithopter. Do you do anything?

Of course not. I will tap for 2 blue and ninjitsu my Ninja of the Deep Hours. Dum dee doo. Did I win?
Jeff: (laughing at the stupidity)
Me: (Insert angries)
Alin: (Slowly packing away his deck)

Shortly after that 10 minute duel, I realized I was having one hell of a losing streak w/ my hatred deck. I mean, almost always, I got shocked or lightning bolted after casting Hatred and paying 18-19 life to it.
If I recall, the last time I used the deck was against Frank at Great White well over a year ago, in which I was beat to death by Goblins. I think I remember Frank having this huge assed smile on his face.
Currently, what remains of my type 1 hatred deck is still in its original deck box in an aluminum suitcase which is rarely opened due to the fact that I have all of my other YGO and Magic decks scattered all over my house due to the playability they have. Someday, I should revisit my Hatred deck...
For now, I'll just wonder what the hell ever became of Jeff and Alin. I mean, the last time I saw them was 2004 or something...
