i'm going to be abrasively direct here. i desperately want to be left alone. it's so incredibly difficult to focus when i'm forced to listen to the chorus of self-pity that is showered on me daily. ask yourself honestly: do i really care that you have five papers due this week? no, i don't. why? because i do, too. it's called finals. no, actually, it's called college. you do work. you work hard. everyone has things to do. i'm sick of explaining to these asinine people that they are not the only ones with work to do. you could be in afghanistan right now. or you could have cancer. get the fuck out of my face.
