Hell!
Damn impetigo - it's back again, in my face this time. I got it from the pigs the other month, only on one finger, thankfully; I treated it with alcohol, got rid of it after two weeks - or so I thought. It's back. This time one on my chin, and one just below my eyebrow. There have been a couple more, but they're more or less gone by now.
Anyone have any tips on efficient home cures or treatments to offer? If I don't get rid of it soon I'll probably have to go to a doctor, but I don't think they'll be willing to give me antibiotics unless it gets really, really bad, and going to the doctor is such a pain in the ass either way. I'd rather not have to.
I really hate having to deal with these things. The alcohol wreaks havoc on my skin, aside from what the impetigo does on it's own - I feel anything but attractive right now.
