Glimmers of Hope
Re-signed back up at the temp agency I used before being hired at Fidelity. It sounded pretty promising, but I will wait to call them on Monday until I find out what is going on from the place that Becah works.
Becah's boss said he was pleased with the amount of Database background I have on the resume. I am suppose to be getting a pre-screening interview call at some point today. If this all goes well, I shouldn't need to worry about the temp agency.
From doing the paperwork for the hospital stuff, I figured out that I need to be at least working for 10 dollars an hour at a 40 hour week to be able to cover monthly expenses. Unless I am picking up something completely shitty at this point, I don't think that will be an issue.
I still feel like I have a ton of stuff to get finished, even if I am not working right now. I get a nice break today though, as Mom wanted to take me computer shopping today, so, gasp, I might actually have something that can run some decent software and stop crashing and bad times. Eeek. Just realizing, I now have to go through my hard drive and make some CDs of crap that I am keeping to the new computer. Woot for more things to do. :)
