'Scuse me. That was my drool hitting the keyboard.
I want to do awesome things. Right now I'm going to go cook an awesome dinner. Then I'm going to try to start a mobile health clinic for communities living on the fenceline of polluting facilities. Then I'm going to teach some kids biology. If you want to help me with any of this, jump on in! The water is sour and polluted, but that doesn't mean that we can't put a strong enough filter on it to get to the good stuff.
This weekend pumped me up more than anything I can remember.
We can do this. We will do this.
A conversation with Jace yesterday raised an interesting, and I think fundamental, question: What is it that we want from the world? If we are to speak of changing it, we need a clear picture of what it is that we are working toward (rather than just away from). I'd like to see what you guys out there have to say. I mean this in all seriousness. What do you, LJ friend, want this world to be?
Call me naive if you want, but I'm honing my vision everyday, and am working toward it as often.
