Womens studies today was pointless as usual. Had a good time making fun of Julie though.... ahh, bring me such joy to get under that girls skin :-)
Practice was okay. Hammer was not so hot, but my hand hurt so bad from the cuts/blisters on them that I could barely hold onto it. Came back and threw discus... eh, need more work on that... kind of regressed in my technique... but it'll be okay.
Did bench press... went alright, not really getting much stronger on my powerlifts though.
2 hour review session for WS 10 tonight... our tutor was 30 minutes late. What a bitch! :-)
