So Im tryng to do this 'taking a multivitamin' thing.....yeah. Considering how much I get sick/colds I should be all up on the vitamins, but they are frickin expensive! My grandma sent me these 'Skin Eternal Plus' ones that are supposed to give yu 'soft and supple skin' in addition to everything else and they reek! seriously! They're huge, ugly and reek of dirt. ugh! besides that you are supposed to take 4 a day and each with a high protein meal and 3 glasses of water. are you kidding me??? 4 a day?? i can barely stomach one a week! ugh! and if you do what they say, take 4 a day. you will have over 1,300% of your daily dose of Vitamins C,E, B-1, B-2, B-6, B-12. Over 300% of Biotin (bio-what??), Pantothenic Acid and Selenium. Now, maybe you can help me, but whet on earth do I need to take Burdock Rootfor?? Sasparilla root and Yelow Dock Root and Dandelion Root?? eh, I guess all I can do now is keep taking them as often as I canbring myself to do it - but does that seem normal to you?
