sooooooo....
go west! (new band) had its first unofficial kinda show thing last night at kenny's (our guitarist) frat house...
we played alot of cover songs to prepare for a small party gig where covers are greatly requested and then we played a few of our original songs... and then came the party time with the frat dudes/sorority chicks...
the night ended with the room spinning and the my face buried in a toilet... but i think i needed that to remind me how much drinking can suck, so i trust that now i will show more self control and NOT let frat dudes talk me into drinking more and taking shots when im already pretty gone (haha!).
but i am really excited about this band and i would love for everyone to come to our first official show which should be sometime next month. i'll keep you posted on that biddness.
