Billy Martin story (part 4)

Title: (Still needs a title...)
Summary(?): nada
Rating: PG13 (occasional(sp?) and cursing, I think.
Disclaimer: the characters are sorta based on people from a lot of different bands. I don't own them. There will probably be some OCs too. None of this ever happened. Not unless I have amnesia or something... but yea. Anyways... try to enjoy.

"For fucks's sake, Morgan. Your fucking face is swelling and you have bruises on your fucking neck. Don't lie to me, Morgan. What the fuck happened?!" She started crying again. The car stopped at a red light. Morgan opened her door and ran. "Morgan!" Frank yelled. She didn't stop. Frank hit the steering wheel. "Fuck!"

She kept running, turned down a side street and slowed to a walk. Morgan sighed and pulled Billy's jacket tighter around her. She coughed, pulled out her cellphone and dialed a number. It rang a couple of times. "Hello?" came the reply. "Hey, Mikey. Where are you?" she asked. "Fixing to leave the studio. Why?" "I'm on your street and it's kinda raining. And I just ran away from Frank, can I stay with you for a while?" she said. "Yeah. Spare key's above the door. I'll be home soon." "Thanks." "No problem. See you shortly." "Hey, if Frank calls, can you not tell him where I'm at?" He was quiet a minute. "Yeah, I guess. What happened?" Morgan was quiet for a minute. "I'll tell you later," she finally said. "Okay. Be there shortly." he said. "Okay." She hung up the phone. She stepped up on the porch and stood on her tiptoes, feeling for the key. She grabbed it and opened the door. As she walked in she put the key on the side table and hung the coat on the coat rack. She walked over, sat by the window, and stared out at the rain.

Mikey walked in an hour later. He dropped his keys on the table and hung up his coat. He looked around and saw Morgan asleep in a chair. Mikey smiled, walked over, grabbed a blanket, and covered her up. Gerard walked in. "Dude, what's... oh." He hung up his coat. "When'd she get here?" Mikey shrugged. "She called about an hour ago. I guess she got in an arguement with Frank again. She said she'd run off." "Frank's probably freaking out. You should call him." Gerard said sitting on the couch. Mikey shook his head. "I said I wouldn't," he said. "I'll call him then," Gerard said grabbing the phone. He called Frank and explained that she was there. Frank let out a sigh of relief. "Alright. I'll be there as soon as I can." "Kay," Gerard said and hung up. Mikey stared at Morgan. "Hey, Gerard." Gerard walked over. "Huh?" Mikey pointed to the bruises on Morgan's neck and face. He looked at his brother. Gerard shrugged. "Only way to find out is to ask her." Mikey just stared. "Frank didn't do that, if that's what your thinking," Gerard said. Mikey nodded. "I know," Mikey said. "But where else would she get them?" "Somewhere other than Frank," Gerard said. Mikey sighed again and sat down on the couch. A knock on the door made them both look. Mikey got up and opened the door. "Your spare key's not where it's supposed to be," said a soaked Frank. Mikey moved out of the way. "She used the spare to get in. I hadn't had a chance to put it back yet," he said closing the door. "Where is she?" Frank asked. Mikey gestured to the chair by the window. They walked over there. Frank sighed. "What happened to her neck?" Mikey asked. Gerard elbowed him. "Ow..." Frank shrugged. "I don't know. She wouldn't say. She was on her way back from Billy's when I found her." "Which one?" Gerard asked. "Martin." "He wouldn't do anything," Mikey said. Frank sighed again. "Well, there's no sense in waking her," he said. "You mind if we stay here for a while?" Mikey shook his head. Frank fell back on the couch. "Okay," he said.

"Billy are you sure you're okay? You've been acting weird all day," Linzi said. Billy sat there just staring at his food. "I'm fine," he said. "I just... I just don't feel good." Linzi put her hand on his. "Why didn't you say so? We could've rescheduled." Billy pulled his hand back. "I gotta go," he said getting up. He left the money for the bill on the table. "Billy," Linzi said trying to get up. "I'll drive you." "I'll get a cab." he said. He waved for a cab. The cab pulled up beside them. Billy started to get in. Linzi grabbed his hand. He stopped and looked at her. "What?" She leaned up and kissed him. He pulled back slightly. "I love you," she said. Billy got in the car. "Later," he said closing the door. Linzi stepped back onto the curb. She watched as the cab drove off.

Billy sighed leaning his head back on the seat. "Girl trouble?" the cabbie asked. Billy sat up and looked. "Not you..." Joel laughed. Billy groaned and let his head fall back on the seat. "Seriously, what's going on between you and Linzi?" "None of your business," Billy groaned. Joel shrugged. "Just trying to be helpful." "If you want to be helpful, take me home and don't ask anymore questions." "Fine," Joel said. "But we need to get back together and practice. We haven't practiced as a band in nearly three months now." "We still need a drummer," Billy stated. "Auditions are set up for this Friday," Joel said after a while. "Great..." Billy said. "What?" Joel asked. "I've got a date with Linzi this Friday." "Of course you do," Joel muttered. "What's that supposed to mean?" "It means you've been hanging out with that slut and you've forgotten who your friends are!" Joel said. "You know, Me, Benji, Morgan, Paul... your friends!" Billy looked out the window. "What? you're not gonna get on my case for calling your bitch a slut?" The car stopped infront of Billy's house. He tossed a twenty at Joel and got out. Joel rolled down the window. "Band practice this Tuesday!!" he yelled. Billy waved to let him know he heard him. Billy walked in and grabbed the phone and called Morgan's cell.

Morgan's phone started ringing. Frank groaned and got up. He walked over and pulled it out of her jacket pocket. "Hello?" he answered. "Hey, Frank. Is Morgan with you?" "Yeah, she's asleep," He said looking at her. "How is she?" Billy asked. "She's asleep... Hey I have a question for you," Frank said. "What happened to her earlier?" "The bruises?" Billy asked. "Yeah," Frank said. "She'll tell y-" "Don't give me that 'She'll tell you when she's ready' shit. She's not gonna tell me shit. So if you want to live, I suggest you tell me." Billy blinked. "She got in a fight with Billie Joe. That's all I'm saying," he said.
