LA and my teeth
Well... I have been an East-coaster all my life; I've traveled up and down the coast (though mostly down) and I've never been farther West than Michigan. That is officially about to change! In early January of 2012, my sister, my best friend and I are flying out to LA for 6 nights. This trip will include seeing the National Tour of Wicked at the Pantages (we already bought the tickets!) and meeting some friends from the wonderful world of Gelphie fanfic. Besides that... I have no idea what I'm going to do, but I'm sure that LA is full of stuff to do!
I haven't flown since I was 10 years old. Crazy, right? I'm a little nervous, but it will be so worth it!
I also scheduled an emergency appointment on Thursday to have just my top two wisdom teeth removed, because I can no longer survive in the degree of pain that I'm experiencing. I'm getting the bottom ones done in August, still, but IN THEORY I should recover quickly from the top ones and be able to work the next day. In theory.
And hey, if I'm in less pain, I'll be able to do more writing. Also in theory.
I apologize a million times over to everyone who is waiting for the next update to my story. I promise I'm doing what I can to get to it. I would love nothing more than to be able to sit at the computer for days, unbothered and write... but that's just not in the cards right now. Hold out, my sweets. Hold out if you can. ;)
