The sun sets every day;
Nothing is in black and white,
there are infinite shades of gray.
As we give our last good-byes,
I've one last thing to say:

Everything has an end.
Summer is long over now,
there's no reason to pretend.
Exchanging words of wisdom,
I'd like to recommend
that you regret me, regret me.
Everything is gradual,
the leaves fall one by one.
Even though it's getting dark,
I can't accept that this is done.
Set my eyes on a dim horizon,
the clouds conceal the sun,
and it rains.
Winter's about to begin,
The cold is starting to set in,
The rain, it soaks through to my skin,
But she's living in Spring.
And as the wind begins to cry,
it gives me chills and stings my eyes;
Please don't say I didn't try,
At least you have the warmth of Spring.

An everlasting flame.
Everything passes with time,
Every time, it's the same.
Don't worry about what you've done,
'cause I'm the one to blame.

I'm too lazy to figure out a better way of letting everyone read it out of their own curiosity. AIM has lame profile limits, and I don't want to be rude and tell people to read something. So there. Whether or not I do anything else with this journal, who knows. I would like to completely redo the thing if I do use it again, and then I doubt I'd write in it often, although if you know me at all, hopefully you know I have more than enough to write about. Life goes on. Love to all.
