[Public and a Lock]
So this is probably long overdue, but it just came to my attention and, well, I'm sure it's one of those things that people've been thinkin' about, so... I'm just gonna throw this out there.
There anyone out there with the skills/knowledge to help build a set of stairs leadin' from the Conrad Basement to the Hotel Proper? We got fundin' out our asses for weapons and shit to arm this place, but you gotta figure that there's better things that money could be spent for- we got plenty of weapons. What we don't got are stairs.
Bearin' that in mind, there's also a few unfinished rooms that someone started to turn into... I dunno. Somethin'. Anyone out there with talent in carpentry and interior decoratin' and all that shit ('cause, like hell if I know anything) would like to see about gettin' those rooms fixed into somethin' nice, we might be able to make this place look a bit more like a home again, assumin' Ms. Martha Jones don't mind.
We can probably pay you for your hard work. I figure a lot of people could use the work, the money, and the distraction with everything that's goin' to shit these days.

If your ward'll come into the city for a tic, you and your friends wanna help supervise this insanity I got myself into? I figure we're gonna need it.
