The birthing process seems very alien to me (not the sex part, but pretty much everything else). Think about it, the male transfers his biological material to the female, once the egg is fertalized a tiny creature begins to grow in the female's body, gestating, feeding off it's host until it grows too large and must be expelled.
I remember flipping though the tv channels and stopping on the Discovery channel only long enough to see a fat naked person lying on a table, screaming, as a tiny, bloody, crying person was being pulled from her torso. It scarred me for a while. I guess Discovery channel could show everything because it was educational... and horrifying.
