A Tolkien-ish fic giddiness

This has been a really surprising and marvelous week for me, review-wise. I had someone who'd newly discovered "Together, Alone" and "Countdown," two of my earliest HP fics, and genfic, to boot. They're all about the twins, too, so I appreciated hearing from another twinlover. Even more surprising, someone at Stories of Arda is avidly reading my Morwen and Thengel mini novella, "A House Divided." I glanced through some of it last night to see where she was in the story, and it made me want to reread it, which I suppose is a good thing! Both "Countdown" and "A House Divided" have 'soundtracks' I made, as well, which adds to their similarity. The reviews remind me that I can write plot-driven genfic. :files away:
