One time I chilled at the DOMA/Prop 8 rally in front of the SCOTUS between classes... in an entirely thrifted outfit, nbd.
Now that my not-so-subtle proof of how awesome my first year of college in D.C. is out of the way... on to the goods!
(Apologies that all these jeans are wrinkly... it's a thousand degrees here; they've been in drawers since I got back.)
I needed black jeans. Plato's Closet had just the thing! I'm becoming way more of a fan of jeggings than I ever would have guessed.

More jeans... yeah, you've already sensed the theme, lol.

I thrifted one pair of Levi's forever ago (winter break?) and just realized that it's been long enough that not only that pair, but the duplicate pair I bought because I loved the first pair so much, would be in this post. Whoops.
[$14 and $12]
Same brand as the black H&M jeans. I'm a fan.
[$10.50]
Aaaaaand... I've been getting into colored denim. (I wore previously-thrifted red jeans to the SCOTUS rally, which you sadly can't see in the pic.) The color didn't turn out on these-they're like cinnamon, which I'm now considering a neutral.
[$12 BNWT]
Pale pink jeans! These are going to be an adventure to keep clean, but I think I can do it...
[$10 BNWT]
This picture is... stubborn. It shows up properly in my files and in Photoshop, but Photobucket insists on rotating it and I can't be arsed to flip it. Tilt your head!
[$3]
Denim shorts, because eventually you have to stop wearing your forty-seven pairs of thrifted jeans.
[$4]
Super-cute gray pencil skirt! You go, H&M. You're on a roll with me lately.
[$5]
Xhilaration (the Target brand) is usually kind of hit-or-miss for me, but I love this top too much.
[$3]
Cardigan! I clearly don't have enough already. It's less blue and more of a bold turquoise.
[$5]
Bodycon dress! I never feel up to the challenge of pulling these off... but I basically didn't eat the last week of school because I ran out of money, and then I came home and ate ALL the things, and then I tried this dress on and bought it with my self-esteem intact. Success!
[$3]
Simple ON oatmeal cami. You can never have enough, tbh.
[$3]
GORGEOUS pashmina! I've really gotten into scarves as a layering item, and this one goes with everything.
[$6]
Yes. More thrifted swimsuits. I haven't died yet from wearing the other ones, so might as well, right?
[$2 for each bottom, $3 for each top]
Unfortunately, the black studded top was missing its removable strap... I thought that would be a quick fix, but apparently replacement straps are not a thing anywhere. Go figure.
Finally, it wouldn't be me if I didn't come home with a long cluster necklace. Check!

Thanks for looking, thriftwhores! ♥
