Food and fermentation and thoughts, oh my!

===illuvielbrought up something that I think might be a very good idea for Thresholds...in this case, culture sharing. A number of us have been working with a number of things...Sourdoughs, Kombucha,Yogurt, Kefir, Food ferments....Baking...you name it.

===A lot of us have been finding that we have been able to work with these things to help us deal better with our environments. It might be a nice thing to share the results of what we have been up to. (grins)

===I am also thinking that a workshop or panel in regards to food and preparation might be in order...I might do one on fermentation in particular (considering that is what I tend to work with...)

===So...folks want to brainstorm a bit on what they would like to see? (What might be really nice is to see the scones for the tea being made by foolks attending...hrm.....)
