so i may have had the worst birthday ever this year. during the day anyway. but it ended well. lets evaluate:
- had to wake up early for staff meeting
- woke up in a strange/bad mood because of events from previous night
- awful body aches and things of that sort
+ it was warm and beautiful outside
+ won $30 for donating $5 to the united way
+ picked up my pay check
- walked everywhere and sweated (is that a word? if it is, i dont like it) my ass off
+ researched at library with sarah
- bugged allisons boyfriend like an annoying creeper so i could get a translation of a word by yesterday for my tattoo!
- intricate decor is closed on mondays
1/2 + called heritage and theyre open
- walked all the way back home to get the card that my grandma gave me because i wanted to use her handwriting for the tattoo
- couldnt find a ride there because it was so hot and i didnt know if i would make it to class on time
1/2 - all of my roommates didnt tell me happy birthday
+ finally get a ride
- as im talking to the girl at the front desk, in my mid-sentence she answers her cell phone
- she tells the dude what i want instead of letting me talk to him
- walks out 30 seconds later with a piece of shit drawing with an error in it
- i walked into his room/office thing and tell him to fix it
- he attempts to fix it and makes it even more awful
- i look at it and say "i dont want that, it looks like shit" and walk out
- so then i start crying after i leave because getting that tattoo meant a lot to me, im emtionally attached to what it means, and i wanted to get it on my birthday.
- the fact that these people blow off a customer is fuckin ridiculous whether or not he actually wanted to the tattoo. its an awful way to run a business
+ got my free sub from subway
+ got to see sarah and she cheered me up
- go to class and get my exam back. ew. didnt fail but it was not impressive
- had to stay in class the whole time while falling asleep cause i was so tired
- call brandon cause i wanted to get my one free drink at the bird for bday times, but he was too busy or something, so i sulked home. haha
+ they changed their minds, picked me up and we went to the bird
+ got my free beer and we had an enormous feast
+ shannon gave me a snickers bar
+ ran into lots of people i know = free birthday drinks
+/- got way drunk without intention
+ played drinking rock paper scissors with 5 beers between 4 people ..
- .. very fast
+ went home to give friends more shots
+ roommates hung for drunken birthday times
+ went to the beach and went swimming
+ thought the cops were going to eat our souls and we freaked out, but it wasnt the po-pos heh
- got about 10 effin mosquito bites.
+ frank called me from yelle and i could actually hear it and it was wonderful !!!
- went to bed at 3 am and was restless all night cause i thought i wasnt going to wake up for class this morning
+ unexpectedly got reaaal drunk and had a fun night to cheer me up
ok, so it sucked a little more than it didnt but at least it ended well.
and i got to go to intricate decor today to get my tattoo and the chick did a really good job. im happy with it and she wasnt a dumb asshole cunt. :D
BUT i am currently not studying for an exam i will quite possibly fail. maow. i should get on that.
