*Selphie had seen the video, and was definitely moved by what she saw. The poor guy looked really lonely, and if there was anyone who truly understood how horrible loneliness is, it was Selphie.

[ Ran looks up at the cheerful call, and smiles right back at her. When she's near he stands up to offer a hand. ]

Hello! I'm glad you came.

*Selphie smiled brightly as she took his hand, and she shook it in a very friendly way*

Hi! My name's Selphie! Nime to meet you!

So...you're looking for a place to stay? You seem *perfect* for us in our house!

Well..it's really cosy!

*Selphie eyes up the bench behind him and plonks down on it quite happily*

There's me, and Kenshin, and Moses. But neither Kenshin or I are so great at cooking...

Kenshin as in the samurai? I do not think I have met a Moses, though.

Like I said, I do not mind cooking at all. It's enjoyable to make food for other people.

Oh! You know Kenshin? *Selphie smiles brightly* Kenshin's really nice, isn't he? Moses is our cat! Do you like cats?

Think...you'd be able to teach me to cook some stuff?

He is quite nice, yes. -- a cat? A real one? [ Ran looks surprised. ] I've never seen one in person.

And I certainly could!

Kenshin's really looked after me, here. And he always make sure that I'm as happy as I can be.

*Selphie blinks up at him, apparently quite shocked*

You've never seen a cat? Oh, Ran, you have to! Moses is beautiful!

It's nice to find those sort of people, isn't it?

I've seen pictures and video, but not in person. I would like to see Moses.

*At once, Selphie springs to her feet and reaches out to grab his hand*

Wanna come and see Moses?!

[ Ran looks startled, but lets her grab his hand. ]

*And off they go! Eventually, they get to Kenshin's lovely little house and she leads him up the steps*

Are you ready for Moses? He normally comes running straight to the door!

[ Ran studies the house curiously. It is so much different from the place he lived at home. At Selphie's question, though, he seems almost hesitant. ]

I think so? Is there anything special I should do?
