Ok, let's see if I can catch up.
5 - nothing
6 - my birthday, I had Ethiopian food and went skating with Dan, and then had cake with Laura.
7 - School started, I got an (awful) haircut, dicked around with Tina and co. at lunch, and went home straight after.
8 - I signed up for a Pilates class at Hart House, and had lunch with Nana.
9 - meeting at lunch and went home after an awesome Islamic law class.
10 - Got my exams back (awful), Legal Research and Writing workshop at lunch and after school, I hung out with Tobi and then went to Maria's veggie potluck. That was fun,the food was great. Couldn't be bothered to go to Gracies after.
11 - Class in the morning, has a (brief!) lunch with Vinca, Jenny, Ray, hung out a bit with Jeff, Felix and the IP kids, and then I went home to nap. Watched Dirty Dancing with my mom, and then went to Molly Blooms after for the ~medical malpractice mixer~ I saw David there and he called me a homebody! Spent rest of the evening trying to figure out if I was. Isn't there something in between homebody and party animal?? Like being a balanced person??
I'll throw that question to you guys.
Oh, and today I'm planning on reuniting with the s6s.
PS: ALRIGHT
So I've figured out why my time is being sucked in a vacuum despite not having a terrible amount of school. Next week, I have about 16 hours of non-regular school related stuff and that's probably what it's going to be like every week (this was the first week back so only about 5-6 h). So that means, instead of a 15 h week, it's really closer to a 31 h week. And while 31 hours of school is technically less than a 35-40 work week, it sure feels like more work doesn't it? Like just because you have to do more learning/thinking - I mean, there's learning/thinking in a job too, but it's more problem-solving than anything, and you also have to do stuff on top of that. I don't do a lot of preparing for class but I do prepare for extracurriculars a bit so...
