That was a joke, my good doctor. I could no more get either of these rascals to pull a cart than I could teach them to dance.

My tulpas. I have a few . . . well, "creatures" that I can summon. Two of them are very human-like, and stronger than normal humans. They're probably best to be seen rather than for me to try to describe them.

They fit in the ship's halls, if that's what you're asking. Or anyway, I can make sure that they do. They have their heights they'll take if left alone, or there's what I need of them.

If you're free now, I can meet you in the infirmary in a few minutes to get that done. I just got off my shift and am finishing cleaning up.
