Latest Salad Fad Around Here

The Salad Part:

In each bowl I put
a handful or two of mixed spring greens
some strawberries quartered or halved and with the green bits cut off
a small handful of blueberries
a sprinkling of sliced crimini mushrooms (apparently a good source of vitamin D. Who knew?)
a small handful of walnuts

Dressing: (I used half this amount and it lasted forever in the fridge. Sprinkle on the amount you like.)

2 tablespoons sesame seed
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1/4 C sugar (probably could use less .. still experimenting)
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion

It looks beautiful and even the fair prince eats his with some enthusiasm.
