Scarlett and Gunnar, I don't know and I don't care, but TELEPATHY. Okay, so you know what is really appealing to me about these two? It's that same vibe as Jim and Pam, how they're sweet as pie and fluffy as bunnies, not to mention really, really polite, only then WHOOPS, they also want to have sex with each other? Like, kind of a lot! Only then they're so upstanding and southern and frickin' Americana wholesome that when they actually get there they just have really frantic, REALLY VANILLA sex, where they're so embarrassed by how much they want it they don't talk at all and just close their eyes and go. THAT IS THE APPEAL FOR ME HERE.

So then telepathy (I don't even care how they get it, they just do) is basically just a vehicle to undercut that because crap, now they can hear each other's THOUGHTS, and not just like, do things in the dark and then never speak of them again! Probably they terrify the shit out of each other at first. Only then eventually they get it together, hit the bedroom, and finally have really dirty, really satisfying sex, despite being relatively inexperienced and embarrassed and babies.
