Wow - I don't really know what I would have done if I didn't have today off.
I not only got up at the crack of dawn (yes truly), but I made a million phone calls - wrote some nasty (albeit very needed) emails to Gemma Roche (Oxford's illustrious graduate sec) and then I went to the mail where I not only found my visa letter waiting for me, but I also found that Zappos got my new Ray Bans to me in about a two day turnaround. Customer Service FTW ! And they are CUTE.
Well some things havn't been good (ie: my visa letter being wrong), the rest hasn't been so bad. I've spent my day mostly working on much needed things and also reading when I had a small break. Ohhhh... and I got a toasted marshmallow latte. So made my day.
Have an appointment at 5 and some other random things - but other than that - I am nice and relaxed. Hoping tomorrow at work won't be killer.
