My man is awesome. I just had a lovely afternoon, post yoga and studio both. edge_of_within pinged me to grab me for an early dinner. Beautiful day to sit outside and talk in good company. I always love a good discussion and enjoyed it, but yes- next time more personal catching up :) Had just hugged him goodbye when I turned to see Angelique, the awesomeness that she is coming from the other direction. Take three steps and hug her. Good to see her, however briefly- fabulous is really the best descriptor for her. :)
I start to walk home, call my man to see where he is, and he's right behind me on nearly the same corner! With a dozen roses! I so win. :)
So sweet. A nice (second) dinner (mostly a nibble in my case) and a walk about the neighborhood in the smooth heat. We were both basking and relaxing, wishing a bit that there were friends a block away that would want to share a relaxed evening. ahh... he's out of the shower now... time to go...
I love that I didn't even hint or get wistful for romance for over a month at least, and he just did that, just when I wanted it, just because. :) I am so lucky.
