I suggest finding the Welcome Center. There's guides to the City there and stuff. I'd send you one over the Network but I forget how to do that kind of thing.

Well, isn't that... welcoming. I take it this is the Network you're referring to?

Yup. There's kind of a...telecommunications monopoly. And I think I just used up my daily allowance of big words, so don't ask me to explain anything technical.

It's actually a rather basic device compared to what comes out of District Three. I think I can manage.

I don't know anything about any Districts, but if you think this is a basic device, and you know people here, I think you've got an advantage over a lot of people in the City.

And there's a great deal to be said about having an advantage.

Most people have some kind of one, if they know how to use it.

I designed what was possibly the most brilliant dress that's ever been created.

Well, there's crazy and there's making a statement, although where I come from those statements are often bad.

Oh, it's always been about making a statement. Okay, usually about making a statement.

What do you mean by bad?

Bad design says nothing about who the person is. One should tell a story with their clothes, and those who can't manage that leave their victims in whatever fad that passes their fancy.
