Past week update

I basically have taken the past week off. Tuesday I just didn't feel like going to the gym because it was so crowded and I just said screw it and decided I'd take a little breather. It's always refreshing just how much I miss working out and eating right. The first day it's nice to have a little bit more free time and to be able to not worry about measuring what you're going to eat. By the third day though it's a chore figuring out where you're going to eat and you feel like everything is weighted lead in your stomach. It's good to remind myself just what I'm not missing.

Saturday I helped Leslie move and it was pretty awesome being able to move so much crap without completely passing out. I was really tired that night and my knees were a bit sore but there's no way I would have been able to make so many trips up and down stairs carrying crap a year ago. Here's to getting in shape and staying that way.

Next week is my 100% challenge. All the supplements taken, all the workouts hit until Sunday night. I'll be updating each night detailing how I did that day.
