It's 2006 and I'm back!
What's up with me lately? Well, I think I've decided I hate summer classes, I'm torn between wanting to live on my own and behold to none but myself AND the nice financial easiness of living at home with the 'rents.
School? Well, considering how many people of my graduating class I know who have been booted back to Brandon from their Four-Year universities, the fact that my GPA is above a shithole, and that I'm still only a Freshman (SOPHOMORE YEAR SHALL BE FIGHT!) well... it's not so bad.
Probably gonna scrape away with a D in Public Speaking this time around. (Still better than a F. I hate you bitch Professor who's name I'll never regurgitate or recall again!) Sociology is gonna be at least a B, I think. So my GPA wont be hurt.
It's funny, I've made only A's and B's aside from Public Speaking (the class I thought would be easiest). Only one W currently. So I'm not a model student, but hell I never was. And... well I'm stubborn enough to see this through to the end, no matter what that be (and by the way, that be a teaching degree so I can be an Elementary School teacher).
I've recently signed up for a Gym, but because of Metrocon, I missed some days and thats turned into about a week and a half, two weeks now. But... I just gotta boot my ass right back in and get on those machines! Even a "slow" loss of a pound a week's gonna tell visibly in six months, and in a year... well. Lets just say I think I'll be feeling a lot better.
Work... I like my job. I might not be a fast person (and I'm not, lol. endless teasing) but I do my work thoroughly and make sure it's done right (or right enough, at times). I've got a nice I fill, I like my coworkers, and hell, I get health insurance. Plus, most importantly, working at Einstein Bros Bagels means I've ALWAYS got evenings off. And that's simply groovy.
Anything else...? Not really. All I have on my mind at current.
