Duty
"Where am I?" a soft and groggy voice says.
Captain Falcon can hardly understand his own words as his eyes open slowly to reveal a white ceiling. His sits up quickly at the sight, grabbing his right shoulder at the same time as pain shoots through it.
Suddenly, he remembers fighting in a match against Ganondorf, but he can't recall the details. Looking around, he sees his original foe on the bed beside him.
Captain Falcon freezes. He wants to flee, just as he always does--but not just for the sake of being alone, not this time. Ganondorf is a criminal who, in Captain Falcon's mind, deserves to be punished. This isn't home, however, and he has to force himself from doing his duty as a bounty hunter.
He watches Ganondorf breathe, up and down, up and down. He seems innocent, but Captain Falcon knows the truth through Link and Zelda. He gets out of the infirmary bed, and leaves as fast as he can with his limp from the previous fight. At the same time, he wonders how he ever allowed himself to be hurt so badly by such a heartless and selfish person.
He just can't stay here.
