(no subject)
OMG a few hours and Doctor Who part 1 of the finale!! I'm so freakin' psyched! And then next week PARTY for the actual finale! I got a doctor who ice try (no lie) and I'm going to try to make chocolates out of it... we'll see how that goes!
I'm am officially avoiding LJ for the rest of the afternoon just in case!
Oh and on the same note but under a cut for those who don't know this particular spoiler that was in the previews...
So because of the fact that Davros is in this episode, and I really haven't watched much "old" Who so I really didn't know who he was, I decided to go ahead and get "Genesis of the Daleks" the Tom Baker series that has Davros in it for the first time and explains how the Daleks came into being. I really love the Daleks as an enemy, I've found that in the new series my favorite episodes are the ones with them in it. They make such a cool bad guy. So anyway, I was a bit nervous as I had watched one of the old who episodes before and didn't really like it. I turned this one on and was HOOKED. omg it was awesome. I mean the music and effects were kind of horrible, as I imagined they would be. But it was so cool to see Davros and the Daleks and all that. And the storyline was interesting and fun as well. I really like Tom Baker as the Doctor. I need to get more episodes with him in it. I finished the Genesis of the Daleks series last night and now I'm even more exicted for the finale to see what they are going to do with Davros this time around!!!
So YAY Doctor Who in just a few hours!!!!!!
