It's Christ Masse, people! It's that simple!!

A 30-minute Santa and feel-good-holiday-cheer presentation at church last night deeply offended me. I wrote an email to the pastors explaining how I felt, very nicely of course, but that was wrong. It is time for candles and dark colors and to give a hymn of praise to the God born in a trough.

And if they really needed to go feel-good-holiday-cheer, put on Nightmare Before Christmas, of course!

Now I need high church and I can't find any services tonight. Can't go tomorrow night because I'll be in lovely/tropical PG County w/o a car. Will keep looking. I need my candles and dark colors and hymns of praise to the God born in a trough, and I will settle for nothing less.
