So, I thought about saving this till Thursday but that would just be mean (Still, funny). Exercise 4 is…well, Exercise. It’s been long established that exercise releases all sorts of positive chemicals, endorphins and all those important chemical building blocks for serotonin.
Usually I would try to get my heart rate up by doing aerobic exercise but thats not always possible for everyone. Try some Tai Chi or some Yoga (AWESOME for those sore backs!) if you can’t go for a run or hit the gym. Even just a few minutes of stretching can have great effect. Do you hate boring exercise for the sake of exercise? Me, too! Try turning it into something fun or social. Roller skating, dancing (Points with the S.O. Too!), fencing… Hell, Just take a relaxing walk. Please though, don’t over do it. You hear me Freya?
I should also note, there is a reason for this crazy challenge thing but sharing it ahead of time will defeat the purpose. Next Sunday, I will explain.
