Took you long enough! :-D Though I suppose Paris does trump Grey's by a bit.
1) I loved his "Oh crap, how could I just say that?" face. Followed very shortly by a "God I'm horrible person" face. I really like that because yes he can snap like anyone, and they were both pushing each other pretty hard, but boy does he know when he crosses the line. They are certainly more interesting than Christina/Owen.
Actually I'm starting to get a bit annoyed about that. Never mind sexual tension there is no tension between those two at all. Its like, he's got over his PTSD and now everything is just "fine". And that's it, they are happy, ok, fine and dull. Which is doubly stupid because we know that the show can keep married or long term relationships interesting. Look at Mer/Der for goodness sake. They aren't boring. And say what you will about how unhealthy Christina/Burke was at least they weren't dull. And I quite liked Owen when he first turned up. But now its like, he doesn't really have any interesting flaws. So the writers are just sort of treading water with him. Blah.
2) Exactly, with anyone else it would be far too painful to do but with Meredith she understands it and isn't swept under it. Like weird twisty objectiveness.
3) It is going to be so good! Like all our fanfic dreams come true at once. It just makes so much sense. Actually I kind of loved Callie's freak out. A sort of Oh shit this is real and risky and matters so much!
