TWO shows with Bob Mould this weekend!
Bob Mould is giving TWO shows in NYC this Friday, first a FREE outdoor show at Williamsburg Park (a lovely waterfront park with a stunning view of Manhattan, we're actually looking forward to seeing if mudcub and I can get married there next spring). Bob reportedly will be playing a full range of his songs from Husker Du, Sugar, his own solo classics, and, of course, from his new album, Silver Age. Gates open at 5:30.
And later that night he spins with Rich Morel at BLOWOFF. I'm not much of a dancer myself, but I may go just to buy one of their new T-shirts, designed by the talented Linas Garsys, who also does their posters. I love the mash-up of Bluto and Sailor Jack from the Crackerjack boxes!
