LJ Shootout - Week 10 - Photo Essay

This week, the prompt was for Photo Essays. In this case, it had to be six photos. These were taken October 1, 2009 with my Nikon D90.

Wow... those paints look familiar :-) I'm glad he still uses them.. does he need more yet? I'm all for supporting the arts! :0-)

What a great essay! I love the first picture! His facial expression is so YOU.

He doesn't use the paints as often as he used to, and doesn't require as much scrubbing afterward. But he does still need a bath to clean up errant colors. ;-)

Beautiful set of pix. I really like bright colors so these caught my eye. And kids being kids and painting and creating. Awesome material to work with and great results.

I wanted to emphasize the 'essay' in photo essay. Photojournalists tell a story this way, and I wanted to do the same.

Oh, good point - however, the pad is HUGE and we have a side-by-side. It'd never fit on the fridge.
