Signal Boost 200 pitbulls in ohio
have been taken from a bad situation and are now in temporary quarters. as you can imagine the effort of caring for that many dogs is staggering. anyone in the western pennsylvania/ohio area with a taste for hard work and a desire to help these dogs and their caretakers should contact Hello Bully in pittsburgh pa. pitbull rescuers and rescues around the country are stepping up but they are still stretched from dealing with the rescue of the MO500 dogs a year ago.
if you can't help but would like to donate $, leashes, collars, tough toys, blankets, cleaning supplies and other useful items that would be appreciated as well.
as a shelter volunteer and member of a dog rescue group i hear many sad stories and see many appeals for help. but, IMO, when things of this size happen there is a need for all of us whose beliefs connect us to the other lives we share our planet home with to try to find a way to help.
