You knooooow...
It could be VERY easy to get in trouble with your school, the bank, or even the government, over payments for college. O yes. You gotta stay SO far ahead of the game, otherwise one of those institutions is gonna bite you right in the ass and laugh. It can be exhausting. No wonder ppl get in trouble over credit cards and such.
Right now, I'm using my mom's credit card to pay for my classes at BCC, and for stuff I need for UCF. It wouldn't be half as bad if I could just pay it all up front. The downside of payments is keeping track of it all.
And for all you freshies to college-LISTEN UP! When you start registering for Sallie Mae, or anything dealing with large amounts of money...you reeeeally need to make sure you have all your passwords and usernames written down somewhere safe. You also need to check it very often. I'm talking, once every few weeks at the latest. Also, with whatever site your school uses, you need to check the payment stuff REALLY often. Just to make sure your loans are coming in, and that everything is taken care of. You son't want to be caught with your pants down!!!!! Because crying to banks doesn't work as well as it does to police officers.
So. With that bit of wisdom out there.
lol, all I know that between my Dad and I, we have so many passwords and usernames going...it's crazy. And, I know for my family at least, money is super tight, and there can be nooooo mistakes made when it comes to paying school, the bank or govt. Eeeeek!!
