My boring life
Just a quick note so that everyone knows I'm still here; texas has not swallowed me up and spit me out. I've been in too many planes and automobiles in the past month and a half.... I've been going back and forth to Madison, Wisconsin the past few weeks for work, which is always a fun time. I actually FINALLY have a project to work on, which is also a good thing. For awhile I was buying office supplies and putting together shelving. Now I've been designated the IT person in our (2 person, including me) office and am dealing with that as well.
In other news, I'll be home for my birthday! Yay! Mom and Dad are paying for my ticket home for 3 days at Labor Day. I actually found a direct flight from Austin to DC. Unfortunately, it's on United (BOOOO!).
IN ADDITION, my parents and I are going to HAWAII for thanksgiving (this was totally my mom's idea). And, it seems I'm going to Nashville for training in October. So pretty much every month I'm going on at least one plane trip. Rack up those miles baby!
