so i feel like a complete crap head. yep. wanna know why? well, it all started with andrea thinking that she did bad in her second interview at lone star because i was a moron and told her that she probably didnt get the job if he didnt let her know right away. that was my first mistake. oh then my manager talked to me and told me what a great girl she was, and i told him she said it sounded like she screwed it up pretty bad by commenting that she was a vegetarian... uh huh. comes to find out, she didnt screw it up. he wanted to know what i thought about her first. he asked if i would put my job on the line for her, like he asked if he could fire us both if she didnt work out. i took it too seriously. after i left a message on andrea's phone i made hte mistake of telling her that. that was my second mistake. i later found out from him that he was joking and just wanted to see how serious i was about her. he said she seemed like a really smart, nice girl, and that he was gunna call her and just wanted my input. i feel like crap. andrea said she didnt want to take the job and put mine on the line, but that was before we knew about him just joking and what he really thought of her... i feel like crap. i've helped a lot of ppl get jobs there, and i'm about to help my cousin matt get a job there. i dont see why with my best friend it had to screw up like this. i'm not very intelligent, obviously, if i took what my manager said so literally. i feel like i let andrea down, and like an idiot. i know she wont take the job... i wish she would though. this is why life sucks sometimes.
today was my first day back at the old job. it was fun. we told all the ppl that didnt know me that i went to a boarding school in amsterdam, and that this was my first time back in the us in 6 years. we did that like the whole night. it was hilarious because i had everyone convinced. it's good to be back. i'll be training to become a server soon, yay for me. that means i'll be working days instead of nights.
we had a garage sale today. i made almost 20 bucks... then i bought taco bell. it's going on again tomorrow. so come. buy my stuff. or just visit.
