OOC: Thanks! FYI, Pandora's fate does not kill the immortals... that's why Silas has survived the plague but any other living beings.
And the Box was opened once, by Reiss, but I have some idea regarding that sample was taken by Reiss and his men.

Actually, Caspian heard (or misheard) that the box had gained potency sense Alexander's time and could now kill immortals. Otherwise, he'd be taking it all a little less seriously.
