I'm spending the week at my parent's house. I've pretty much been sitting around, not doing much. In fact, other than spending two hours with Sarah today, I haven't seen anyone. It's too bad. I was hoping to meet up with my high school friends while I was here on, but it didn't work out that way.
We went to Subway for lunch and then went to visit our old teachers at Mountain Valley. I found out that my homeroom teacher was fired for stealing a good deal of money from the school. I was wondering why he never bothered to show up for homeroom. I just assumed he was an alcoholic.
It was good to spend some time with Sarah, even if it didn't last long. I didn't realize how much she means to me and how much I've missed her until I saw her. She has a new boyfriend. He'll be visiting her in August, so I'm going to try to get some time off then to meet him and celebrate my birthday while I'm at it. We've also made tentative plans get drunk together this weekend. Maybe she'll invite a few other people to come along, maybe not. I wouldn't it being just the two of us hanging out, but it'd be cool to get together with old friends from school.
