Overslept as due to working til 1 am last night, didn’t get to sleep until 3 or 4. By the time we were ready to head out the door to go see mom, Bill and Jackie called and said they were just leaving her and that she was about to take a nap. So we headed over to Bill and Jackie’s to discuss mom’s condition and then all headed to the beach. Sea was stormy and waves were rough - so a quick swim for me. Eadaoin in her pregnant state wasn’t able to really go in much. Tide was way out. Made a sand castle. Bill and Jackie joined us and caught up. Hit our new P.O. Box in Isle of Palms, where we had some of the fraudulent sweepstake predators who are preying on mom - trying to get them to stop mailing to her so sending them where we can control them. There was over 15 in the box. After that we went to visit mom, took her for a stroll in the neighborhood with her wheelchair, to a lake to look at the turtles, and the fountain. She was out of it. Not looking good. Helped her eat and she was tired ready for a nap. We then went to Goodwill to look for maternity clothes, found a maternity pillow for $3 for Eadaoin, a ice cream maker, and some clothes. After Goodwill, grabbed a bite to eat at Moe’s southwestern grill for a burrito. Then off to see mom again before she turned in for the night. It’s quite stressful. She’s not doing well at all. She can’t move her hands, no grasping, can’t walk, and neck bad. Tomorrow she has her Doctor appointment. Hopefully we’ll get a scope of what to expect in the next few weeks. Billy and Jackie arrived - so said goodnight to Mom as Bill started treating her with massage and Reiki. On home, relaxed to the well waited for new season premiere for Walking Dead. Loved it. Can’t wait for the next …
