Hi. I'm Tom Brown... I go by Thomas or Tom... mostly Thomas in professional settings and with new people I meet. Today I decided to rejoin livejournal. I'm not sure why, but I'll update every blue moon. If you care to have some insight into what is going on with me, feel free to add me. I've forgot all the usernames I knew for this. Anyway, summer... San Marcos... yeah. I'll be looking for a job soon. I've met some rad people in the past year and half. My outlook on life in general has changed for the most part. I'm a lot more optimistic about everything. I kind of went through a melt down phase for about a year. Not anything too major, I just stopped caring in general. I looked like I did many lines of coke off of hookers too. Things are much better. What else... some friends and I just finished videos for some website that wants to compete with myspace. I don't know if they are funny, but they might be online later on. I'll post em next time I post. Other than that, I am still in school raising my GPA for grad school. I made a 4.0... for the first time ever in school... I had all A's. I'm actually trying in school, which is different... I never used to study or even open a book... just coast by. As far as school, I'm either looking into being a behavior specialist for schools or testing kids for different learning and physical ailments. I'm also probably going to put away money, so by the time I'm 30 I'll be able to open a business. I bought a bunch of David Sedaris books at Half Priced on clearance the other day. I'm a 4th of the way done with one already. It's called Barrel Fever. His writing reminds me of his sister (the girl from Strangers With Candy). If you want to recommend any reading material in that vain of comical or thought provoking (ex: Henry Rollins, Bill Hicks' social commentary), shoot it at me... I'll check it out. I need to finish these mix cds for some friends. If any of you are ever in San Marcos call me up. Bye.
