I was a Communications major and have been involved with improv and theater for over fifteen years. Along the way, people I've known or been acquainted with have gone on to some success. Until now, they've been people I really liked and I'm nothing but happy for their success.
And occasionally you know people who are jerks.
I just saw one of those on a major network sitcom. Small role. But still. I was in a troupe with this guy years ago. He'd probably be surprised to find out that I think he's an ass. Self-awareness was not his strong suit.
I'm not proud of it, but I'm really ticked off that he's made it to that point.
