my long absence
so it has obviously been a while since my last post. i reread it and had to grin ruefully.
health, i've been doing much better and the meds aren't so bad now that i have a job with insurance.
job, i work full time at a new store in town called batteries plus. i get paid above minimum wage and i have benefits!
love, wow. i was in one very confusing relationship from the latter part of 09 to the summer of 10 with someone i thought was the perfect girl, but was a perfectly broken doll. her crazy was dragging me down and i'm very glad she destroyed my world by breaking up with me and refusing to speak to me for a year or so. some months after that i found a nice down to earth girl who i had a lot in common with at first although i guess she lost interest in me as she started spending more time watching television than talking to me. so i ended that one. i am more convinced than ever of my earlier statement about love is a sleeping rabid dog. i am currently just having a good time with folks and keeping my heart as far away from people as possible. maybe i'm just not good with relationships or have crap luck, either way i'm happier now.
hobbies, well i let my cam membership expire. like many people abroad and locally, the club no longer holds anything. our local domain has died and i just have no real reason to really continue either. i've found some fun troupe options which are free and far more *gasp* fun. still doing arts and crafts with wood burning and trying to do more with playing around with leather.
