So, in 2 more days I'll be turning 30. I'd like to say a lot has changed in my life. Well ok, I guess at least some things have changed. It's been just over 1 year since I moved to Texas, and I still don't know if I want to stay down here. I've got my own apartment now, with my own things, it's nice to not really have to answer to anyone for once. I've been working steadily for about 10 months now, trying to get to at least a year before I start looking for something that pays better. Sorry $6.80 an hour is just barely adequate for the time being, but I do plan on being able to actually afford to have nice things like a good car and such, or even to buy a computer upgrade, game system or whatever when I want to. And I think I've got at least a few friends at work. I've also changed my point of view on other ethnic groups. I don't have a problem with most blacks, hispanics, or any other appearance based ethnic group I've encountered. Now the only people I have any prejudice against are people who are friggin idiots, somehow by choice, who for some reason refuse to try and educate themselves or better themselves. And since you can find people like that in all ethnicities, I guess that means I hate everyone equally.
Things that haven't changed though... I still haven't managed to snag myself a girlfriend. It might help if I weren't oblivious to flirting 75% of the time, I can tell when someones flirting with someone else but when it comes to with me, nope thats just coincidence. I'd say my weight, but I appear to be losing a least a little bit.
