And so this is Christmas, and what have I done? Not much.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Originally, I was scheduled to work today, which, being a Thursday, is normally my day off. I put the shift up for grabs last week, but I don't think the fax made it from Studios over to DAK. So I called a couple friends over there just to make sure everyone knew I had a shift to give away. While checking my schedule, a few days later, as I was closing it, I noticed something different. Going through the whole login process again, I noticed that, against all odds, someone had taken my shift! Awesome sauce! WDW never closes, so, I guess there's always someone who might be looking to take your shift! It always pays to try! What this meant for me was two days off, and I did absolutely nothing constructive, sleeping all morning. I felt like a hibernating bear. I actually *tried* to be constructive this afternoon, but even Wal-Mart was closed. So, I had Christmas dinner in the form of some Chinese food (since they were one of the few businesses that was still open), talked on the phone with samurai_x2, then Mom & Dad. Everyone back home liked all the stuff I shipped home for them from WDW's big year-end clearance sale. There was lots of Hannah Montana stuff going at fire sale prices, so my niece ended up waist deep in dolls and playsets. The family sent me a gift card that I will carefully consider potential gift purchases with. All in all, Christmas has turned out just fine. Time to while away the rest of it online!

But before I go, I must extend a very belated congratulations to agermain and ginreisan, who recently found out they're going to be parents! I hereby welcome them into the Future Anime, Roleplaying, and Gaming Parents of America (FARGPA). FARGPA. Because It's a Funny Word. (sm)

I think Frank/Fozzie legitimately forgot his line at 2:30!

Until next time!
