Your announcements for the Kaufman Foundation speak of "serving undeserved populations". NO WAY! Check out the script, and if that says "undeserved" check with the Foundation.
"Undeserved populations" makes no sense- who or what deserves a population? Populations can be said to be "deserving" or "undeserving", and some people may interpret "undeserved populations" as "undeserving populations". But hat cannot possibly be the way the Foundation wants to describe the people it serves. "Undeserved populations" can only be a misreading or a typo for "underserved populations": groups of people who get less access to services than they should, or than other populations do.
