Evernote?

What are your opinions on the Evernote app? I'm not trying to make any kind of point pro or con, but to decide whether I should try it.

I find it useful. I have a couple of folders shared with a housemate, and a largish number of others. While the free version doesn't work "offline" either a connection through cell data or WiFi solves that. It keeps data up to date between my Lap top, Desk top, iPad and the iPod Touch that I use as a PDA.
